I wonder if I am getting enough correct during each daily review to be making good progress. I typically make between 80% and 90% correct (usually about 82% to 84%). I am learning 20 new items per day and I am given about 130 to 150 reviews per day. Is this normal and adequate? I am guessing that HanziHero will assign more frequent reviews resulting in a higher number of reviews per day if you make more mistakes. Is that the way it works? I suppose I could learn fewer new items per day if I’m getting too many wrong in the reviews, but I would rather keep moving at the fastest pace possible. Thank you for any insight you can provide!

Welcome to the forum!
80% to 90% correct with 20 a day is a good pace
You are right in that the more you get wrong, the more often you’ll see it. The main thing you have to watch out for is if life gets in the way; that’s what makes any pace unsustainable, when you have a lot of “Newly Learned” that was forgotten over short breaks.
I would also argue it’s a matter of gut feeling. If you find reviews are taking longer than usual, or things aren’t sticking as much, then you can always reduce the pace and do more Extra Study
