Reviews unusable due to "Session Expirated"

Tried to do my daily reviews, and every time I complete an item (as in both meaning + reading), then I get a message saying

Your session has expired, meaning we can no longer keep track of your actions. You can either return to Dashboard or refresh this page to get a new session.

Tried on both mobile and PC.

I see you tried logging in and out as well. I’ve undone the changes so you should be able to review now–apologies for the inconvenience
