突 is only tu1, not tu2.
熟 is usually pronounced shu2. shou2 is listed in pleco but not dong-chinese.

The traditional course has all pronunciation based on standard Taiwanese pronunciation (國語).
We mention this in our documentation page about the traditional course:
The only region that has Mandarin Chinese as the primary language of communication and uses traditional characters is Taiwan. As such, we have based all of the pronunciation within our traditional course off of the pronunciation used in Taiwan.
In Taiwan, 突 is (almost) always pronounced as tu2. We can see this in Taiwan Ministry of Education Dictionary entry.
熟 is a bit more complex case. The colloquial (oral) pronunciation of it is almost always shou2, and this is what you will hear on the street for common words like 熟悉 or 成熟. However, it may still be pronounced shu2 in very formal situations. Here we made the decision to teach the more common pronunciation, even if it does not show up in some dictionaries. Nevertheless, the Cross-strait Chinese Dictionary reflects the more common shou2 pronunciation for that character for the 熟悉 and 成熟 entries on its website.
