Not a Single Character Mastered

I have been studying for over a year and not a single word or character has moved into the mastered section.

What could be the reason for this?

Nothing wrong persay - just takes a long time for the final reviews to promote to master to come up. I’ve been doing HH consistently since January 2024 and am just hitting my first Master reviews.
