Similar to the one regarding targeted word sentence review, this happens on rare occasion, but sometimes characters will carry over from one learning item to the next. I had just covered 烹饪 before this one.

It seems both bugs are contingent upon the existence of a “skipped” character within the word, perhaps 
I wasn’t able to reproduce but I pushed a change which should hopefully fix it (seeing as it’s a stale UI bug) – if it doesn’t then we’ll go from there
