Hi! I’m looking to make a simple chinese text analyzer for personal use / learning web dev and was wondering where you guys got the data for HSK 3.0 character / word lists, and if it’s something open source. I’ve found GitHub - ivankra/hsk30: Cleaned up HSK 3.0 vocabulary list with pinyin, POS, traditional terms, variants etc. which seems potentially useful / good enough for my usecase, but wanted to see if you had any suggestions. Thanks!

The repository you found looks just fine! It seems like a solid choice for your project and should work well for your use case 
Are you planning to make some sort of web extension or is this for a web app?
A web app, I’m thinking of something like Chinese Text Analyzer (1.5.4) but which lets you look at multiple texts and figure which ones are comparatively easiest to read.
