Can we get an endpoint to automatically add words to our list?

I’m lazy - I just want to be able to mouse over a word/character and click a button to say “yeah add that to HH for me”.

Just a hanziher.com/EndPoints/addToQueue?<character/word here> style thing. That would just automatically add whatever was passed in to the end of your prioritised items. Add HH curriculum item if found, not then add the first dictionary item found (and do nothing if no dictionary entry is found).

Then I can use a mouse over dictionary add-on to add it for me (or other things in future).

I can see how the process to add things can be tedious, usually you have to navigate to the word to queue it up :thinking:

What are you currently using for a dictionary add-on by the way? Still the Zhongwen one (iirc)?

It’s heavily edited at this point but yes that’s the base.

I made it track every time I mouse over a character/word for more than 1s. I’ve started using that list as my own personal frequency learning list - it’s what I see and look up a lot so clearly what I need to learn/study. Would be great to one button the “add to HH”. Things like DuChinese and LingQ already do this with a certain popular Chinese handwriting site/app. While I want the feature for personal use, once it exists other people can take advantage of it.
